Organisation of the bi-directional promoter region between hrpL and hrpJ, including known binding sites for σ54, IHF, and HrpRS. HrpS activator function is regulated antagonistically by HrpV and HrpG. HrpL promotes transcription of hrpJ and other hrp/hrc operons via the hrp-box (red boxes).
