(B) Rates of radiolabelled methionine incorporation were measured for the CAI4 strain and the gcn2Δ mutant in untreated conditions (ut) or after 1% butanol or 100 µM farnesol treatment. These were used to calculate the fold inhibition for three biological replicates (error bars = SEM).
