Subsequently, cells were incubated with LgyLRV1+ or LgyLRV1- parasites, poly(I:C) or culture medium. Additionally, a 1 hour treatment with 5 µM of Nigericin was used as a positive control for the inflammasome activation. Proteins were extracted from cell lysates (CL) and supernatants (SN).
