Western blot analysis of H4K16 acetylation throughout meiosis in wild-type (DP421) and zip1 (DP422) cells. The H4-K16R (DP994) and zip1 H4-K16R (DP995) mutant strains were used as controls for antibody specificity. PGK was used as a loading control. Asterisks mark a non-specific band.
