(B) Representative images of checkpoint-induced Mek1-GFP foci in wild type (DP584), zip1 (DP582), zip1 H4-K16R (DP1089) and zip1 H4-K16Q (DP1090) ndt80-arrested cells after 24 h in meiosis.
