Western blot analysis of zip1-induced Hop1-T318 and H3-T11 phosphorylation, as well as H3K79 methylation, 24 h after meiosis induction in ndt80-arrested cells. PGK and total H3 were used as loading controls. Strains are: DP424 (wild type), DP428 (zip1), DP996 (zip1 H4-K16R), DP1002 (zip1 H4-K16Q), DP655 (zip1 dot1), DP1086 (zip1 sir2) and DP1073 (zip1 sas2).
