Wild-type (wt) cells transformed with extract from wild-type or Ctr4 overexpressing cells (indicated with asterisks in Figure 4) were mated with wild-type cells. The four segregants from 10 tetrads involving wild-type transformants and from 12 tetrads involving Ctr4 transformants were spotted in serial dilutions onto YES plates without (control) and with 2 mM H2O2. Five or six full tetrads from each cross involving the wt.7, wt.9, Ctr4.6, Ctr4.13 transformants were examined. All plates shown have been grown together for the same times and using the same batches of media.
