Kinetic readout (Excitation 535 nm / Emission 665 nm) for 8 minutes at linear phase was measured per assay plate and data was calculated as slope from a time series of 12 data points representing the rate of reaction. The assay was robust with Z' performance of 0.74 ± 0.04.
