Yeast cells were incubated with 2 mM Cu for 4 h with control treatment (black bars), Losartan (white bars) or Candesartan Cilexetil (gray bars). Following treatment, cells were stained with DHE (a) or TUNEL assay (b) and subsequently analyzed by flow cytometry or counted manually after fluorescence microscopy, respectively.
