Wt and mpc1Δ cells were grown in minimal medium/2% glucose supplemented with carnitine (10 mg/L) and, at the indicated time points, the concentrations of citrate (A), succinate (B) and malate (C) were measured together with Mae1 (D), Icl1 (E) and Pck1 (F) enzymatic activities.
