FIGURE 1: The deletion of MDM34 destabilizes MAMs. Cell extracts were separated on a 15-65% gradient of Optiprep. The gradient was resolved into 21 fractions and analyzed by western-blot for the presence of indicated markers. Vertical lines separate different gels.
