Note that L7 is found at its final assembly position within Nog2-TAP pre-60S r-particles. The first ca. 20 amino acids of both proteins could not be modelled in either structure. The rest of rRNAs are coloured in pale blue and the rest of r-proteins and/or factors in light cornflower blue.
