Whole cell extracts were separated on SDS-PAGE and analyzed with Western Blotting using the indicated antibodies. (D) Isolated mitochondria of WT and sfGFPm were lysed in digitonin and protein complexes were separated by blue-native PAGE. Supercomplexes (III2IV and III2IV2) were either visualized by Coomassie staining or complex IV in-gel activity assay.
