Issue cover
Cover: Seven-day-old yeast cells stained with propidium iodide. Epifluorescence microscopy was performed using a probe with an above average amount of liquid to ease the movement of cells on the slide, and exposition time was set high. The obtained picture was colored and subjected to a digital filter. Image acquired and edited by Didac Carmona-Gutierrez, Katharina Kainz, Frank Madeo and Andreas Zimmermann (University of Graz, Austria).
